Self-Service FAQs

  • No need — we’ve got you covered. Every wash includes eco-friendly detergent and softener, already built into the cycle.

  • Simple. All machines are cashless. Just tap your card or use Apple Pay / Google Pay (most major cards accepted, no AMEX).

  • We’ve got a mix — from smaller loads to family-sized washers and dryers, including large machines for doonas and bulky bedding. Each one is clearly labelled so you can pick the right fit.

  • Absolutely. With plenty of machines available, you can power through your laundry all in one go.

  • Yes — a team member is usually onsite or nearby during open hours. If you need anything, we’re here.

  • Yes, there’s street parking available close to the entrance — easy and convenient.

  • You’re good to go with clothes, bedding, towels, and general household laundry. For hygiene reasons, please use our dedicated pet laundry machines for pet bedding or items with pet hair. No shoes, rugs, or heavily soiled industrial items, please.

  • Of course — we’re pet-welcoming! Just keep them on a lead while you wait, and please be mindful of others using the space.

  • Yes — we’ve created a cozy, calm corner with seating, curated playlists, a community bookshelf, and snacks from our vending machine. Settle in while the spin cycle does its thing.
