Bring in your laundry bag during open hours. We wash, dry + fold.
2. Over 10kgs
Clothes are sorted with care, washed using eco-friendly detergent, dried gently, and folded neatly by our team. Always handled with heart.
3. Pick it up
We’ll let you know when it’s ready — usually within 48-72 hours. Come collect your clean, folded laundry. That’s it.

Nope — walk-ins are welcome anytime during open hours. Prefer to plan ahead? You can also book online.

Not at all. Just bring it in—we’ll sort everything into lights, darks, and delicates before it goes into the machine.
We do sorting for above 10 kgs for everyday washing. Special items must be placed separately in a different bag and washed separately, with charges applied per item.

As much as you like! We charge by weight, so whether it’s a light refresh or a big family load, we’ve got you sorted.

Most orders are ready within 24 hours. But up to 72, we’ll text you when your laundry is fresh, folded, and good to go.

Yes, we DO. Not just yet — but it’s on our radar. For now, all orders are drop-off and pickup only.

Yes — absolutely. Just let us know when you drop your laundry off. Or on our app for delivery order. We do our best to follow any special instructions for delicate or sensitive items.

Definitely. Our machines are designed to handle bulkier items like doonas and towels with ease.

Not in this service — but we do have dedicated pet laundry machines for bedding, blankets, and anything with fur. It keeps things hygienic for everyone.

We take great care with every load — but we can’t take responsibility for pre-existing damage or items left in pockets. Please double-check before dropping off.

Not at this stage. We’re all about clean, fresh, and beautifully folded — done mindfully. Dry cleaning is coming in 2026.
With our delivery, please secure your clothes in a bag that we can wash and return to u. We do, however, have a $3 reusable bag that will be charged to ur order for bags that are not secure.
Our returning customers on subscription will also incur a non-refundable $18 fee for our reusable bag, which you get to keep for rotating your weekly service and return when you end your subscription.
Please book our service 24 hours beforehand for pickup.
