Simply drop off your laundry during staffed hours, and we’ll handle every step with care: washing, drying and folding it to perfection.

  • Drop off your laundry during Mon–Fri, 9 am–7 pm. We’ll wash, dry and fold it—neatly packed and ready within 24–72 hours.

  • $8.00 per kg (minimum 5 kg, rounded to the nearest half-kilo).
    Sign up in June and enjoy 20% off your first month.

  • Yes—5 kg per order. We’ll weigh your laundry at drop-off and round to the nearest half-kilo.

  • Most orders are ready within 24–72 hours. Need it sooner? Express service is available on request.

  • We’re fully cashless, accepting card or mobile payments (excluding AMEX).

  • Not unless you want specific separation.

    • Orders under 20kg are washed in one load unless specified.

    • Orders over 20kg will be split into lights and darks. Just let us know about any delicates or special requirements.

  • We don’t wash:

    • Shoes

    • Leather, suede, wool, silk or fur

    • Any dry-clean-only items (wedding gowns, suits, etc.)

  • Please use a sealed or washable bag for your laundry; we’ll return it folded and packed. Extra bags are helpful for larger loads.

  • Yes. We have designated machines for pet laundry. Just ask our team when you arrive.
